You Deserve More Than "Just Managing"

ABM™ NeuroMovement® sessions for adults in Brooklyn — chronic pain, stroke recovery, Parkinson's disease, injury recovery, and healthy aging.

When Nothing Else Has Worked

Many adults come to me after years of trying — physical therapy, medications, surgeries, alternative treatments — only to be told that what they're experiencing is something they'll have to live with. The Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® offers a different path.

Rather than targeting muscles or joints in isolation, ABM™ NeuroMovement® works with your nervous system as a whole — helping the brain discover new movement patterns that reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.

Conditions I Work With

Chronic Pain & Back Pain

Chronic pain is often the brain holding onto old movement patterns — not purely a structural problem. Through mindful movement, we help your nervous system find new ways, reducing pain and restoring ease. Many clients experience meaningful improvement after just a handful of sessions.

Stroke Recovery

After a stroke, the brain is primed to learn and rebuild. ABM™ NeuroMovement® works powerfully alongside or after traditional rehabilitation — helping the brain find new pathways, improve motor control, and restore independence.

Parkinson's Disease

NeuroMovement® can meaningfully improve quality of life — helping with movement initiation, balance, coordination, and reducing the sense of disconnection many people with Parkinson's experience.

Injury Recovery

Old injuries leave their mark on the nervous system long after tissue has healed. If you're still experiencing limitation or compensation patterns from a past injury, ABM™ NeuroMovement® sessions can help the brain update its movement map.

Mobility & Aging Well

The brain's ability to learn doesn't expire with age. Many clients in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond experience remarkable improvements in how they move, feel, and live.

What a Session Looks Like

Sessions are gentle, quiet, and deeply attentive. You'll lie on a comfortable padded table, fully clothed. Using precise, gentle touch or carefully guided verbal cues, I invite your nervous system to pay attention in new ways — finding ease and possibility where there was once tension.

No force. No pain. No pushing through discomfort.

Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes. I'm based in Brooklyn and also offer virtual sessions nationwide.
